Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Estate Administrative Assistant to join our legal team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide essential support for estate and trust administration processes, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence related to estates and trusts.

Maintain accurate client files and records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.

Monitor deadlines and manage calendars for attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Handle billing processes, including time entry and tracking expenses.

Facilitate communication with clients, courts, and financial institutions to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Assist with estate and trust administration tasks, including gathering necessary documents and conducting follow-ups. Requirements - Proven experience in estate administration or a similar legal support role.

Proficiency in billing systems and calendar management.

Strong skills in expense reconciliation and financial tracking.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
