Position Summary...
As a Revenue Insights Lead, you will partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to build the metrics, processes, and documentation that power forecasting, pipeline growth, and predictable revenue. You will own the end-to-end insights stack-from data quality and dashboards to process design, forecasting support, and data enablement.
What you'll do...
Insight & Analytics
Define and maintain a comprehensive revenue insights framework, including but not limited to pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win rate, sales velocity, churn/retention, and forecast accuracy.
Ensure a single source of truth across teams through consistent metric definitions and aligned reporting.
Build, QA, and iterate executive-ready dashboards and reports (Salesforce dashboards + BI tools) to monitor funnel health, territory performance, campaign influence, cohort trends, and revenue/profitability impact.
Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses such as pipeline risk/opportunity, rep productivity, capacity modeling, segmentation, TAM, and territory open space.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Sales leaders.
Forecasting & Planning
Provide data, tools, and processes that support weekly forecast hygiene and accountability with Sales leadership.
Develop coverage models, scenario analyses, and forecasting methodologies to improve accuracy and predictability.
Support annual and quarterly GTM planning-including territories, quotas, capacity modeling, and compensation design inputs.
Process Design & Implementation
Design and optimize scalable, well-documented revenue processes (lead/account/opportunity lifecycle, SLAs, routing and scoring, stage definitions, and cross-functional handoffs with CS/Finance).
Partner with CRM and RevOps teams to implement field architecture, validation rules, data standards, and automation that improve seller productivity and reporting accuracy.
Data Governance & Documentation
Establish and maintain data quality routines, including audits, deduplication, and completeness/accuracy thresholds.
Build and manage an intake, prioritization, and delivery process for analytics/ops requests with clear SLAs and change management communication.
Enablement & Stakeholder Management
Partner on training and enablement programs for dashboards, definitions, processes, and analytic best practices.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Ops, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align definitions, methodologies, and revenue-impacting metrics.
Team Leadership (if applicable)
Hire, mentor, and manage 1-3 analysts.
Set standards for analytical rigor, documentation quality, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics in a B2B environment.
1-3 years leading projects or managing people.
Proficiency in Salesforce, including dashboards, reporting, objects/fields, and automation.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and experience writing SQL.
Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise Sales leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or Clari
Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and sales velocity drivers.
Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and documentation.
Ability to translate complex data into simple narratives that drive decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
