Position Summary...
As the Senior Manager, Operations and Implementation, you will drive business growth and operational excellence by delivering actionable insights and performance management strategies. You'll lead the development and implementation of key business metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your expertise in synthesizing complex data into clear recommendations will empower senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. This role will report to the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Operations and will be on-site at our campus in Bentonville, AR.

What you'll do...
Lead analysis and tracking of business and financial performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Design, build, and oversee dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for real-time insights.
Develop and refine KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Evaluate operating processes and capabilities to assess value delivery, ROI, and opportunities for optimization.
Partner with finance, operations, and project teams to align goals and drive performance improvement.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with objectives.
Champion process improvements and scalable solutions to support business growth and operational excellence.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting/forecasting

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
