This position is 100% grant-funded with an end date of May 31, 2026

Examples of Duties

Reports to the Dean, Workforce Development, College and Career Pathways

Supervises staff assigned to grant programs

Serves as contact person for assigned grant programs

Supervises and coordinates all activities related to assigned grant programs

Coordinates participant intake and pre/post-testing

Attends/conducts required staff, partner, and technical meetings

Collects, compiles, and reports participant data to the College and required agencies

Conducts inventory of equipment and supplies and coordinates repair / maintenance as needed

Creates and supervises required program schedules

Maintains participant data and oversees the maintenance of participant files

Orders necessary supplies for program execution

Participates in professional associations and groups related to grants

Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the College and grant partners, as required

Presents workshops, training sessions, and information sessions as needed

Provides participant advice and referrals to additional courses and programs

Recruits, screens, and recommends new hires and evaluates staff

Responds to potential participants and other program inquiries

Responsible for recruitment and intake of eligible participants

Serves as program liaison with out side agencies and partners

Serves on internal and external committees related to the delivery of grant objectives

Uses the College's student and financial information system to run reports

Serves as the liaison to external and internal committees as assigned

Works with other College departments to meet program objectives and requirements

Represents the Digital Equity Training Program at internal and external events

Performs duties related to the Digital Equity Training Program as assigned

Typical Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

Three to five years of experience working with funded programs.

Experience with the development and delivery of training programs

Competencies and Skills

Experience working with Workforce Development Boards and state/ federal agencies

Experience working with budgets

Proficient in Microsoft Office products and have the ability to work with databases

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to deliver speaking presentations to small and large audiences

Terms of Employment

This position requires scheduling to include evenings and weekends, and duties at any Atlantic Cape campus and other locations related to delivering the grant objectives.
