Need (3) Ag Equipment Operators needed for the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to till soil; work ground; prepare and maintain land; and plant, fertilize, spray, and cultivate crops. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, sprayers, back-hoes, mowers, and track-hoes. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Job also requires loading seed into planters; properly mixing chemicals; loading chemicals into sprayers; changing combine cutting heads; rouging fields and using hand tools to remove undesirable plant varieties, trash, and other objects from fields; performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, pivot points, buildings, barns and all farm equipment. Work will take place in Bartholomew County, Indiana.

84 hours a week, Monday to Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but not required.

Workers will be paid a minimum of $14.93 per hour.

Employer provides housing at no cost to workers who are not reasonably able to return same day to their residence. Separate sleeping rooms and bathroom facilities are designated for male and female workers. Family housing is not provided.
