We're looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (Ford or other major brand preferred).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.

Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.

Positive, team-oriented mindset with a drive for success.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
