Job Description

Responsible for administering various Line of Business incentive plans for the company. Consults with assigned business lines regarding modification of incentive plans and advanced incentive processing. Calculates incentive payments, performs reasonability audits on the results, and submits payments to payroll. Performs advanced data validation and research. Provides ongoing support to customers by answering complex questions related to incentive plans and source data. Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for business line employees when Learning Services resources are not available. Professionally communicates results, reports, and guidance/recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Three to five years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of incentive plans and processing

Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

Well-developed organizational and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to analyze, identify and resolve incentive related data exceptions

Advanced incentive software processing development and reporting skills which includes MS Excel, Power BI/Power Query, Jira, testing and maintenance of databases and processes outside of ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) as well as advanced knowledge of ICM web client

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
