Create and maintain database objects, query optimizations and perform database read/write/modify operations using SQL. Build new software features using MVC and .Net Core to write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications. Create and maintain WebAPIs to provide an easy-to-use application programming interface. Write software code in HTML, CSS, jQuery and ASP.Net Webforms for designing and creating responsive user interfaces. Analyze software performance issues and investigate root cause using Microsoft SQL Profiler. Complete documentation, procedures and troubleshoot automated deployment issues for managing software code repository, installation and maintenance using version control tools GIT. Contribute to continuous integration pipeline tasks like reviewing and merging pull requests. Interact and support technical and non-technical users to define system requirements, evaluate necessary modifications and communicate complex performance issues using tracking tools like JIRA. Telecommuting permitted up to 2-3 days a week according to company policy.Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:1. Write software programs to develop new features, enhancements, and performance improvements to application software using C#, .Net Framework and SQL.2. Design software algorithms for optimal delivery of the application functionality.3. Gather specifications and requirements to develop detailed algorithms and flow charts which are coded into software applications using MVC and Microsoft .NET Core.4. Develop application programs and solutions for modifying existing functionality and adding new features and modules.5. Build responsive UI components by developing new code and optimizing existing implementations using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and ASP.NET Web Forms.6. Build scalable backend interface with SQL Server database operations for parsing and validating large files utilizing software interface.7. Create and maintain SQL Server database objects such as tables, views, packages, stored procedures, sequences, and triggers for use on web applications utilizing queries for database read and write.8. Build Unit Tests and test software using automation tools to ensure the software runs error-free to full extent and within time constraints, money, and available technology.9. Develop software programs for retrieving, analyzing, and extracting data.Employment and background checks may be required.
