Architect - AWS Kinesis and Amazon MS for Apache Kafka

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 10 years of expertise in AWS Kinesis Amazon MS for Apache Kafka Amazon S3 Apache Spark and Python. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Payer and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with our companys objectives.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data processing solutions using AWS Kinesis and Amazon MS for Apache Kafka to enhance data flow efficiency.

Oversee the integration of Amazon S3 for secure and reliable data storage ensuring data accessibility and integrity.

Utilize Apache Spark to process large datasets optimizing performance and reducing processing time.

Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate data processing tasks improving operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure that all architectural solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and scalability.

Conduct regular reviews of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys solutions remain cutting-edge.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that architectural solutions meet business needs and objectives.

Document all architectural designs and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in AWS Kinesis and Amazon MS for Apache Kafka with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon S3 and Apache Spark with experience in managing large-scale data processing tasks.

Exhibit advanced skills in Python programming with a focus on automation and efficiency.

Have domain experience in Payer with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.

Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.

Hold a relevant certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
