Job Description

As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating dealer applications for changes in ownership, location, or other business alterations. You will ensure that applications are complete and accurate, adhering to state-mandated timeframes and company protocols.

Responsibilities

Evaluate dealer applications for ownership, location, or other business changes, determining the appropriate application package.

Review and analyze application packages for completeness and accuracy within state-mandated timeframes.

Draft correspondence using approved templates to request missing documents or information from applicants.

Request internal reviews of dealer requests and outstanding items needed to finalize evaluations.

Review state laws and apply applicable requirements to dealer requests, ensuring compliance with state-mandated response timeframes.

Act as a liaison between applicants/dealers and the company, ensuring completed applications within 30 days.

Recognize and evaluate financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and tax forms for completeness prior to credit review.

Track progress of dealer applications in Excel and Microsoft Access to ensure timely processing.

Communicate file status daily with department management.

Update approved dealer information in the company's mainframe system.

Handle document management tasks including printing, copying, saving, scanning, and collating.

Experience or understanding of bookkeeping or accounting.

Expertise in MS products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access).

This position requires onsite work. The work environment involves using various technologies including MS products and requires handling document management tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
