Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wickliffe, Ohio. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to follow instructions, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role involves a variety of administrative and project-related tasks that will support the operations of the center.

Responsibilities:

Organize materials and maintain order in storage areas, including labeling, sorting, and purging unnecessary items.

Design and arrange spaces effectively, such as creating areas for toys and reuniting items with their respective components.

Process mail and manage front desk responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Assist with printing tasks and prepare documents as needed.

Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks with precision and intentionality.

Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to center procedures and standards.

Utilize Google Drive for document management and organizational purposes.

Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and business attire while working on-site.

Support administrative projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.

Proficiency in using Google Drive for file management and collaboration.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to follow directions and work intentionally to complete tasks efficiently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills for handling front desk duties and inbound calls.

Detail-oriented approach and attitude suitable for an on-site role.
