Full-time, consistent schedule: 1st shift, 4:45 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday-Thursday

12-month contract

Entry-level role with structured training in structural assembly operations

What's a typical day as an Operations Trainee? You'll be:

Performing fitting of detail parts and basic drilling and riveting operations using hand tools (pneumatic drills, rivet guns, counter sinks, reamers, files, etc.)

Ensuring parts and work content meet the instructions of assigned manufacturing employees and/or Quality Control Inspectors

Learning to read work orders, blueprints, and specification sheets to determine operation sequences and work requirements

Aligning and assembling parts using holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners

Observing and assisting with parts and assemblies, then working with decreasing supervision as experience is gained

Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

High School Diploma or GED

Driver's License

Strong mechanical aptitude (entry-level role; enrollment in a Technical Aviation program preferred)

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Bonus / Highly Preferred:

Prior aerospace industry experience

Experience in manufacturing, forklift, and overhead crane operations

Enrollment in a Technical Aviation program

Additional Details:

Location: Gulfstream, Tulsa, OK

Employment Type: 12-month contract

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:45 AM-3:15 PM

Pay Rate: $19.29/hr

Must be 18+ years old and pass standard screenings
