As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Gallatin, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions, documenting findings according to Allied Universal protocols.

Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and directions as needed.

Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification as required by site procedures.

Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders during incidents or drills, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
