As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $15.97 / Hour

Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents, observations, and activities during the shift.

Work closely with hotel or resort staff and guests to address inquiries, provide assistance, and support a welcoming environment.

Follow all Allied Universal protocols and client site-specific instructions to support a secure and orderly location.

Minimum Requirements:

State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
