As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with clients and team members. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit to and from the location, verifying credentials as required.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by Allied Universal and client policies.

Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and assisting with evacuations or other procedures as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
