As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols in and around the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential security-related concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and any security-related interactions in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
