What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and/or verifying credentials as directed by site management.
Assist with implementation of site-specific emergency procedures, including evacuation or lockdown protocols when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
