As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly in various situations. Pay Rate: $19.95 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participate in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor manufacturing and industrial areas for any security-related concerns and report observations as needed.

Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and/or management regarding security-related matters.

Complete reports and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
