Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Culinary Director (Food Operations Manager 3) for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) located in Boston, MA . We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader to oversee production for both campuses at BIDMC. In this role you will oversee 2 executive chefs and 2 sous chefs between both campuses and a team of about 30 hourly cooks.

What You'll Do

manage menu planning for all areas including patient services, retail and catering.

successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff

deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations

achieve company and client financial targets and goals

ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
