Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer for Xumo, the Executive Director will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis. The FP&A leader plays an important & critical role in the management of Xumo. Responsibilities include leading the annual budget process, collaborating with business leaders in creating periodic forecasts and business analysis. Responsibilities will also include special projects. The FP&A team is focused on providing senior management with data driven insights to support business decisions and resource allocations. This role will also interpret business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. This role will also manage & develop a team.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis, business analysis and profitability and cost analysis projects that are presented to senior management.Directs and oversees preparation and review of monthly operating financial statements, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, external financialstatementsand budgetprocess.
Analyze variances from planned or forecasted resultsin order toprovide insights and recommendations to management
Support business leaders with the management of their budgets. Lead the preparation and review of financial planning materials so leaders can manage their businessobjectivesagainst budget and plan goals
Directly manage a team of9and due to the nature of the JV collaborate closely with others across Comcast
Direct the preparation of all financial reports and analysis for management and operations review
Develop ways to continually improve processes to ensuretimelyandaccurateanalysis for managementteam.
Provides motivation, direction and leadership forFinanceteam and adheres to the policies and standards of the Company.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular,consistentand punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s)andovertimeas necessary.
