Employment Type: Contract (through year-end, with potential extension based on performance)

Location: Ashburn, VA

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays 6:00 AM to Noon (flexibility required for Saturday shifts)

Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Assemblers to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic products on the production line, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble electronic products using basic hand tools.

Accurately follow visual instructions and assembly guidelines to maintain product quality.

Work collaboratively along the production line to meet daily production targets.

Interpret blueprints and diagrams for mechanical assembly tasks.

Assist with general labor and other production-related duties as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in using basic hand tools (e.g., hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, wire crimpers).

Ability to follow detailed instructions and visual guides with precision.

Prior experience working on an assembly line or in a production environment.

Familiarity with standard manufacturing and assembly processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in electronics assembly.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
