How You'll Make an Impact

The Manufacturing Lab Supervisor will support the day-to-day blending operation by maintaining the schedule, having direct supervision of the blending team, performing quality tests and managing the ISO 9001 program.

This role has a salary range of $80,000-$85,000/year

Responsibilities Include

Perform quality testing on inbound and outbound products and blends.

Supervise blending personnel

Lead project management for blending/bulk distribution

Quality Management Systems coordinator including ISO 9001 program

Maintain production schedule and purchase raw materials (bulk production and lab)

Troubleshoot and repair equipment as well as maintain equipment maintenance intervals

Act as bulk inventory control coordinator

Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You'll Need

Minimum B.S. in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering but will consider Business

2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred

Previous experience production scheduling and lean six sigma, a plus.

Strong communication/presentation skills

Computer Skills - specifically Excel, Power Point, SAP and quality management software

Ability to periodically lift up to 50lbs during shift
