As a Security Officer - Armed Clearance Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within an aerospace or defense environment, reporting any irregularities or suspicious activity.

Support access control measures by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management.

Assist with emergency response protocols, including evacuations and incident reporting, according to site-specific guidelines.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, observations, and incidents during each shift.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas.

Hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

CPR certification is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is required.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
