Account Payable Specialist

Description

Invoice processing: Verifying, coding, and entering vendor invoices into the accounting system.

Payment processing: Preparing and executing payments via check or electronic transfer (ACH, wire) and managing payment schedules.

Account reconciliation: Reconciling vendor statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Record keeping: Maintaining meticulous records of all payables and ensuring they are correctly entered into the general ledger and balance sheet.

Vendor relations: Communicating with vendors to address payment inquiries, resolve issues, and negotiate terms.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
