Job Title: Administrative Accounting Analyst (Temporary)

Pay Rate: $19.53/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Type: Contract 4+ months

About the Role

Manpower is hiring an Administrative Accounting Analyst to support the City of Tulsa. In this temporary role, you'll help ensure compliance with court-ordered financial obligations, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to apply your accounting and organizational skills in a public service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track financial obligations, including fines and fees.

Educate individuals on payment responsibilities and options.

Act as liaison between the court, individuals, and external agencies.

Maintain accurate records and compliance status.

Utilize court management software and databases.

Resolve payment disputes and update reminder systems.
