As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a premier hotel and resort location. Your role will involve monitoring assigned areas, assisting guests with exceptional customer service, and providing clear communication. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Mon04:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat04:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun04:30 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response activities as directed and assist with access control, crowd management, and/or other duties as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to address guest inquiries and support a positive experience for all individuals on site.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
