Our client, a leading manufacturer in the automotive and industrial components sector, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00

Shift: 3rd shift: 10:40 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

Ensure the production of quality parts through visual and gage inspections of components produced by various manufacturing processes.

Operate machinery such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and deburring equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform quality checks and stop production if there are uncertainties or issues, seeking assistance when needed.

Pack finished parts into containers according to specified standards, maintaining organization and cleanliness.

Maintain compliance with safety policies, 5S, and LEAN manufacturing standards, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.

1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.

Ability to perform visual and gage inspections accurately and efficiently.
