As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout the site. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, supporting access control, and providing outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols within the manufacturing and industrial location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Assist in controlling access to the location, verifying credentials as required, and monitoring entry and exit points.

Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
