Sales Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the sales field. As a Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in sales management, territory management, and business development, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel in both inside and outside sales roles. Responsibilities

Participate in training programs to learn about our products, services, and sales processes.

Assist senior sales staff in managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Support the team in territory management by organizing schedules and maintaining client relationships.

Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Skills

Strong interest in sales management and business development.

Familiarity with territory management principles is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer data effectively.

Experience or knowledge of outside sales techniques is beneficial.

Proficiency in using software applications related to sales processes.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
