Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Azusa, California. This position offers an opportunity to support daily office operations while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain and organize office records, documents, and schedules.

Greet visitors and provide receptionist support, ensuring a courteous and welcoming environment.

Utilize property management software to update and track relevant information.

Coordinate office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Support team members with various administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.

Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed.

Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to foster efficiency.part-t

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing reception duties.

Familiarity with property management software is preferred.

Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
