Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Centreville, Virginia. This role involves supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between multiple locations. If you have strong organizational skills and excel in multitasking, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate administrative tasks between multiple office locations to ensure seamless operations.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data, including working with basic formulas.

Organize and manage email correspondence efficiently using Outlook.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Handle receptionist duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.

Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

Ensure attention to detail in all administrative processes to maintain high standards.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory as needed. Requirements - At least one year of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.

Strong knowledge of basic Excel formulas and data organization.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
