Position Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a public sector organization based in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will support daily operational and communication needs, working closely with executive leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders. This is an on-site role with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Essential Duties:

· Coordinate CEO communications and manage administrative workflow.

· Compile data and maintain reports, records, and correspondence.

· Perform accurate and timely data entry.

· Track absence and timesheet data.

· Act as liaison across departments and external agencies.

· Support registration and visitor processes.

· Maintain calendars and schedule meetings and trainings.

· Operate and troubleshoot office equipment.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· 2-3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

· Strong written and verbal communication.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technologies.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $23 - 24.
