Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Grants Coordinator to join a non-profit organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in supporting the grants management team by ensuring accuracy and compliance in award documentation, managing workflows, and maintaining effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Review and validate award documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal budgets.

Collaborate closely with the grants manager to facilitate document approvals and negotiations.

Serve as a central point of coordination for tracking and managing award workflows.

Ensure proper signatures are obtained and documents are successfully integrated into multiple systems.

Monitor templates and processes, identifying and addressing errors or inconsistencies.

Assist grant managers in navigating policies, procedures, and system updates as needed.

Support the development and implementation of step-by-step procedures for new grants management practices.

Manage tasks involving large-scale awards, including copying and pasting relevant data.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Sign to streamline administrative processes.

Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably within grant management or a non-profit setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and SharePoint.

Familiarity with Adobe Sign and other document management tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.

Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing documents.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures in a dynamic environment.

Experience with grants administration or grant-related workflows is highly preferred. TalentMatch®
