Warehouse & Inventory Manager

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse
facility, which supports our plumbing, HVAC, & electrical service
divisions. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels,
ensuring parts & equipment are readily available, coordinating
purchasing activities, & maintaining the accuracy of materials data in
our CRM system. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Organization &
Maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse layout
to ensure efficient access to inventory Implement and enforce effective
storage systems and labeling protocol Ensure all company assets are
secure and protected Inventory Management Monitor stock levels of common
materials, tools, and equipment across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
departments Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies Set
minimum/maximum inventory thresholds for commonly used items Track usage
trends to proactively manage reorder points and avoid stockouts
Purchasing & Receiving Create and manage purchase orders for stock
replenishment and special-order parts Receive and inspect incoming
shipments for accuracy and quality Develop and sustain delivery system
for outgoing equipment orders Warranty & Replacement Coordination
Organize replacement equipment and coordinate returns for warranty
issues Maintain documentation for warranty claims and manufacturer
communications CRM & Data Management Update CRM database with new
materials, equipment, and pricing details Ensure cost data and product
info remain current for job costing and reporting Additional
Responsibilities Delivers parts and stock to installation and service
crews in the field as needed Supplies parts pricing information to
technicians as needed for job costing Reviews and approves completed
vehicle logs to ensure maintenance needs of service vehicles are met
Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse/inventory management
within service industries (plumbing, HVAC, electrical preferred) Strong
understanding of purchase order workflows, parts management, and
warranty processing Proficiency in CRM systems and inventory software
(e.g., ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, etc.) Excellent organizational and
communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a
fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Familiarity with parts and
equipment used in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades Experience
creating SOPs for warehouse processes and inventory control Knowledge of
OSHA safety requirements and general warehouse compliance
