Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mashpee, Massachusetts. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through exceptional organizational and communication skills. This is a fully onsite role with weekday hours, offering an opportunity for potential permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Accurately input and manage data using Microsoft Office software.

Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Support daily office functions, including filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence.

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Assist with administrative projects and tasks to support team goals.

Monitor and maintain office supplies to ensure availability.

Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.

Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Attentive and detail-oriented approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Familiarity with general office equipment such as printers and scanners.

Previous experience in receptionist duties or answering inbound calls is a plus. TalentMatch®
