About the Team

As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Presales team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday\'s applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team\'s job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business

About the Role

What will you do?

As anEnterprise Architect - AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-enabled solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Workday AI solutions deliver value.\ \ Responsibilities Include:

Translating technical concepts: You\'ll communicate how Workday\'s

AI solution delivers tangible business results

Crafting compelling narratives: You\'ll develop and deliver

impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Workday AI

Solution Architecture: Design and present comprehensive solutions

for demonstration that incorporate AI (Agents, Generative, LLM, etc.), integration methodologies, reporting and analytics

Leading Voice: Staying informed about AI and technology

advancements, and contribute as a subject matter expert to initiatives such as webinars

About You

Do you enjoy talking about AI applications, and engaging in conversation to better understand others?\ \ We are looking for someone with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and proven success with leading technical discussions with C-level executives (IT leaders and business stakeholders) to communicate AI vision and strategy including Responsible AI.

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years\' experience in a role that includes delivering compelling

presentations in person, and online meetings

1+ years\' experience applying AI concepts, including machine

learning and natural language processing

1+ years applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security,

reporting, and integration standards

P3 Enterprise Architect AI

2+ years of experience applying AI solutions to solve business and
