The Global Sales Tools, UAT Tester is responsible for executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM implementations and other global sales technology solutions at Otis. This role ensures that new systems and enhancements meet business requirements, deliver a seamless user experience, and support the strategic goals of the WHQ Global Sales COE team.
This role can be done remotely anywhere in the United States.
On a typical day you will:
Author and execute UAT test cases for CRM and other global sales tools, following established Test Plans.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, DT, and project teams to understand UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Participate in testing activities that require coordination with regional systems and personnel.
Review business requirements and process flow to develop and validate test scenarios and scripts.
Communicate testing progress and issues to the UAT Lead and project teams.
Identify, document, and track defects - working closely with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution.
Provide clear, actionable feedback on system functionality and user experience.
Apply business testing best practices based on Agile methodology.
Contribute to the improvement of UAT processes, tools, and documentation.
Participate in end-to-end system testing of new CRM implementations in new countries prior to pilot launches and full rollouts, ensuring readiness and quality.
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in software testing, agile project management, or CRM platforms are a plus
Experience participating in UAT for CRM or sales technology implementations in a global environment
3+ years of understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and related business applications
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management platforms
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Otis Elevator products, services, and sales operations is preferred
