(PSCA) Chief of Operations, the Contract Manager will be responsible for the administrative performance

include documenting all contractual actions, verifying contractual coverage for work performed, identifying and ensuring compliance with contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for drafting, negotiating, monitoring and reviewing contracts across various

programs

and

levels

complexity

behalf

Alaska

Aerospace

and

Aurora Launch Services.

Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies

and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration.

Provide

business

advice

and

guidance

and

coordinate

with

other

functions

including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth

responsibilities,

including

contract

solicitations

capture,

negotiations,

and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations.

Serve as representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate solutions to
