To learn more about us, visit: www.mathy.com. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative Construction team. This position is full-time. Travel will be required in the regional area of Superior, WI. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic position involves maintenance of company equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Analyze malfunctions and repairs 2. Repair, and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE We prioritize the safety and wellness of our road construction processes by following the Company\'s safety programs and policies, thus mitigating risk and improving overall productivity of the projects with safety at the forefront. BENEFITS Starting wage \$28-40/hour +overtime depending on experience. Competitive benefit and retirement program including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Paid time off and holidays available. Position Requirements: 1. Must be at least 18 years old 2. Must have a valid driver\'s license, CDL preferred 3. Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair preferred 4. Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations 5. Able to communicate effectively 6. Ability to listen and take direction 7.
