JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Client Support Specialist Type: Contract Duration: 9+ Months (Potential for Extension) Location: Hybrid- Madison, WI Rate: \$18/hour Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM in the respective time zone 40-hour work weeks, with potential overtime Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our customer-facing team in delivering prompt, convenient, and professional service to assigned clients. This role involves managing back-end tasks, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining exceptional client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Assist the customer-facing team in providing outstanding service to clients. Handle back-end tasks such as invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.

Proactively manage the order process from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience ( Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply it to client needs. Strong analytical skills combined with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ideal Candidate: Highly organized and detail-oriented. \ Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset. \ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
