Enjoy competitive pay starting at $22.25/hr (+$0.75 for shift rotation) and long term career growth

HEAVY overtime. Work a rotating day and night shift schedule

7-7 65+ hours a week

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot equipment in real-time, uncovering root causes, and pioneering solutions.

Drive quality-spot issues, make swift adjustments, and ensure every product meets the highest standards.

Perform hands-on upkeep to keep machinery and processes running smoothly and reliably.

Apply your manufacturing know-how to smash results targets and exceed expectations.

Master material handling, from expert packaging and labeling to setting up advanced fiber paths for production.

Splice and repair breaks, inspect for excellence, and help configure mechanical systems.

Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment where safety and teamwork are always top priorities.

What are we looking for?

Demonstrate a solid, stable work history

Hold a high school diploma/GED

Are ready to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now and in the future

Value safety, great attendance, and teamwork

Communicate clearly and reliably

Love the energy of 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable operating computers and passing Essential Function Testing

Proof of HS Diploma is required.
