Job Description**

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for residential service work. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.

Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components.

Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.

Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations of work performed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in HVAC service, installation, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems.

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

Experience with sheet metal work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

EPA Section 608 Certification (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience.

NATE Certification or equivalent (nice-to-have).

Experience with smart thermostats and home automation systems (nice-to-have).

Familiarity with ductless mini-split systems (nice-to-have).

Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge (nice-to-have).

Work Environment

Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, with potential weekend shifts. Be part of an on-call schedule, currently being finalized, and work in and around residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
