Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support mission-critical public safety programs. This hybrid role is based in Linthicum, MD, with on-site work expected a minimum of three times per week, depending on program needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a fast learner, and highly organized.

Daily responsibilities include:

-Tracking and maintaining records for security clearances, NDAs, and site access

-Using DocuSign for secure document handling

-Taking and distributing meeting minutes

-Maintaining and updating action item trackers

-Sharing weekly action items and assisting with formatting

Monitoring and coordinating order processing

-Collaborating with the Order Management Team to resolve holds and issues

-Coordinating shipping logistics to various facilities

-Maintaining and updating the asset management system

-Submitting project milestones as required

$30hr to $38hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years of professional experience in an administrative support role

-Background in defense, civilian, or intelligence sectors with the ability to understand relevant terminology and acronyms

-Ability to prepare and format monthly status reports and submit project milestones

-Proven ability to produce clear, professional documentation and maintain organized online team files

-Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite

-Experience utilizing an asset management system -Bachelor's Degree

-Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain
