Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant with strong communication and organizational skills. The HR Assistant supports day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and records management. Digital fluency and a proactive approach to process improvements are highly valued for this contract-to-hire opportunity onsite in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:

Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate communications.

Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation.

Maintain accurate HR records and files.

Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, company policies, and HR programs.

Support cross-functional teams in HR and administrative projects.

Contribute to workflow and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HR, office administration, or similar role preferred (1+ years).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable navigating digital platforms, CRM, and HRIS systems.

Service-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
