Job Title: Industrial Painter

Job Description

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting large industrial parts. The role requires comfort with the physical demands of the job, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Paint large industrial parts using a spray gun.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and sandblasting.

Perform general labor tasks related to industrial painting.

Ensure quality and consistency in all painting tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience in industrial painting is required.

Proficiency in using a spray gun for painting.

Ability to handle labor-intensive tasks comfortably.

Familiarity with paint preparation techniques, including sanding and sandblasting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working with large industrial parts.

Work Environment

The work environment is blue-collar, featuring a large building with no air conditioning and multiple garage doors. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility available if communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
