What you'll do...
Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Ship with Walmart Strategic Initiatives to join our growing
and fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on the Seller-Fulfillment Services (SFS)
business. If you are passionate about an entrepreneurial role which has high relevance, visibility
and impact as well as regular interactions with Walmart executives, then this might be the right
opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing programs and
launching new ground-breaking capabilities for Ship with Walmart to provide a cohesive world-
class delivery experience for our Marketplace sellers and buyers.
The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connect sellers across the
world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350Mitems, and growing selection. Excellence in the end-to-end shipping and delivery experience is the
cornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers. In this role, you will collaborate across our
vast seller base, external service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, fulfillment service
providers), Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Transportation,
Supply Chain, and other internal partners to build delivery experience solutions that provide our
sellers with the tools and processes to propel their businesses to the next level, and for our
buyers, a best-in-class shipping experience. In short, you will be responsible for scaling a new
initiative within our Ship with Walmart program with C-suite visibility by designing, scoping, and
building capabilities that allows our sellers to ship to any customer accurately and reliably at the
fastest speeds and lowest costs. You will relentlessly look for ways to improve seller and buyer
experience by increasing our capabilities and functionality and building feedback loops across
multiple high visibility domains. You will build a worldclass transportation solution with
ambitious 1-5-year goals. Process improvement capabilities across multiple concurrent and
competing priorities are critical for your success in this role. You will apply a general
management perspective and a data driven problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to
apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business
roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the
requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes. You'll apply your
business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a
dependable solution enabling them to win on our platform. You need to be skilled at engaging and communicating with executives across multiple domains (internal and external), as well as
engaging at a detailed level across program management, operations, product, and tech.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
