Manager, Delivery Programs and Performance
Walmart is seeking a Manager, Ship with Walmart Delivery Programs and
Performance to join our growing and fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team
focusing on the Seller-Fulfillment Services (SFS) business. If you are passionate

Ship with Walmart (SWW) program and launching new ground-breaking
capabilities to provide a cohesive world-class delivery experience for our
Marketplace sellers and buyers.
The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connects
sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to
our customers to over 350M+ items and growing selection. Excellence in the end-
to-end shipping and delivery experience is the cornerstone of our promise to our
sellers and buyers. In this role, you will collaborate across external service
providers (carriers, freight forwarders, fulfillment service providers), Strategy,
Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Procurement, and other internal
partners to build transportation solutions that provide our sellers with a choice of
affordable shipping services and for our buyers, a best-in-class delivery experience.
The Ship with Walmart Delivery Programs and Performance Manager will be
responsible for Walmart's delivery reliability and operational continuity within the
SWW business team. This role ensures that every package delivered through
Walmart's network meets the highest standards of timeliness, quality, and service
consistency. This role will also serve as the operational owner of business
continuity, coordinating carrier performance, resolving outages, and collaborating
with analytics and product partners to drive measurable improvement in speed
and On Time Delivery (OTD) metrics. A successful manager within this role will be
able to manage the short-term tactical performance of the SWW program while
also focusing on building the long-term capabilities to increase SWW's value
proposition to customers, sellers, and Walmart.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead end-to-end program management for delivery-performance initiatives,new capability launches, and cross-carrier enhancements within the SWWecosystem.
Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Operations toensure clear requirements, roadmap clarity, and coordinated execution.
Establish program governance, operating mechanisms, and reportingframeworks to provide visibility into program status, risks, and milestones.
Translate operational and customer insights into structured program plansthat inform product strategy and future enhancements.
Delivery Reliability & Operational Excellence
Own OTD, speed, and delivery-reliability metrics across all carriers andsellers participating in SWW.
Lead daily performance reviews, defect triage, and incident managementroutines to ensure operational continuity and SLA adherence.
Coordinate responses to outages and service disruptions, driving rapidrecovery and clear cross-team communication.
Monitor and refine key KPIs for reliability, downtime, defect rates, and root-cause categories, ensuring they ladder up to strategic goals.
Analytics, Insights & Process Improvement
Partner with analytics, data science, and product teams to identifyperformance levers, build measurement frameworks, and validateimprovements.
Analyze carrier, seller, and system-level data to identify trends, prioritizeopportunities, and develop structured action plans.
Drive continuous improvement by integrating learnings from escalations,defects, and post-mortems into updated processes and productrequirements.
Champion operational excellence by identifying gaps, creating repeatableframeworks, and building scalable processes to support growth.
Stakeholder Communication & Executive Reporting
Represent SWW delivery performance in leadership forums, programreviews, and cross-functional updates.
Prepare and deliver clear, data-backed communication for executives andstakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Serve as the central point of coordination for cross-team dependenciesimpacting delivery reliability or program execution

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
