What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor the location for unusual activity and report any observations according to established procedures.

Interact with visitors, employees, and/or customers in a courteous manner, providing assistance as needed while maintaining security-related awareness.

Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and observations.

Follow all Allied Universal and client-specific protocols regarding the handling and use of assigned equipment, including firearms, in accordance with training and policy.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with security-related procedures and requirements for financial institution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

An armed guard card or license is required.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required, as requested by the client.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
