As a Principal Product Marketing Manager on the Customer Growth team, you'll define how Intuit brings its platform innovation and QuickBooks ecosystem to market. As part of the U.S. Marketing organization for QuickBooks, the newly formed Customer Growth team is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead how we position and bring Intuit's platform innovation to market. You'll drive the strategic narratives and go-to-market (GTM) execution that connect our QuickBooks ecosystem, offering strategy, and platform transformation story to millions of customers. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution - shaping how we communicate innovation, guide product launches, and activate multi-channel campaigns that inspire growth. You'll partner across Product, Brand, Research, Strategic Communications, and GTM to craft research-backed narratives that define the future of our platform. You'll move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate deeply across teams - driving bold innovation while making a meaningful impact on our customers' lives and livelihoods.

Responsibilities
Shape the Platform Narrative: Lead the platform positioning narrative - the source of truth that informs GTM execution. Translate platform innovation into clear, inspiring customer-backed messaging in partnership with QuickBooks ecosystem product marketing teams.
Evolve the Platform Messaging Playbook: Own and refine the Platform Messaging Hierarchy, defining how we position Intuit's platform and merchandising innovation. Partner with Market Research, Content Design, and Product Marketing peers to ensure alignment with customer insights and business priorities.
Drive GTM Release Strategy: Lead the major and minor GTM release strategy - bringing together the who (target audience), what (product launches), and why (customer pain points being solved) alongside the platform positioning and messaging narrative - as input to the GTM channel teams who will craft and execute the GTM releases.
Drive Campaign Excellence: Lead quarterly prospecting campaigns that drive acquisition and engagement for the QuickBooks ecosystem. Define messaging strategy and "magic moments," guide the integrated marketing team and agency partners, and ensure creative reflects product truths and customer insights.
Partner with Brand: Collaborate with Brand on major campaigns. Ensure product marketing strategy and messaging hierarchy come through clearly in creative assets, product explainers, and brand storytelling.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across GTM, Product, Design, and Strategic Comms to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Bay Area California: $197,000-266,500
New York $198,00-268,000
Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
12+ years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in SaaS, technology, or consumer marketing.
Proven success leading product or platform positioning and executing large-scale integrated campaigns.
Deep experience partnering with creative agencies, product design, and brand teams to deliver unified campaigns.
Strong analytical skills - adept at using customer and market data to inform insights, positioning, and recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
