Title: Account Executive
The Account Executive plays a vital role in assisting the VP, Partnerships, ensuring smooth client interactions, project execution, and administrative tasks. This role is focused on B2B Supply and Programmatic sales, with an emphasis on building and maintaining partnerships.
This role includes maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing project timelines and conference notes, and supporting the creation of client-facing work products. The Account Executive also monitors project progress, updates internal teams, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies effectively.
In addition, the Account Executive provides key administrative support, such as drafting briefs, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with financial reconciliation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support (40%)
Assist VP in coordinating client interactions, sessions, and preparing materials.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of client strategies.
Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
Author conference notes and distribute to clients and internal team post client and internal meetings.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership.
Facilitate the preparation of client-facing work products.
Administrative Support (40%)
Drafting and organizing briefs and campaign documentation.
Document and maintain projects and tasks in Project Management tool (Workfront).
Support the coordination of internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-up.
Assist in maintaining client files and documentation on company networks.
Contribute to project billing and financial reconciliation activities.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, concepts, and budgets for client approval.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Team Collaboration (20%)
Collaborate with VP to ensure seamless project flow.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and resources.
Assist in project-related communications, including team meetings and status reports.
Support the onboarding of new clients and projects.
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in a support role, preferably in an agency setting.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Programmatic and / or supply experience and knowledge
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities.
Proactive and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Local to Boca Raton, Florida, and able to come to the Boca office as needed.
NICE TO HAVE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and client service.
Agency, publisher and client communication and presentation experience
Related agency or marketing experience, specifically in programmatic media and SPO.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to understand and analyze performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CPM, CPA).
Proven experience with any project management software (ex: Adobe Workfront), with willingness to learn Lamark's system and related programs
